Exploring ideas of climate change, harsh environments, escapism, detachment and the passing of time, represented through the symbolism of nature and abstraction. Landscapes that are other-worldly and portals that transport to other dimensions. Other work includes floral and other watercolor paintings made over the span of my tattooing career.

Who am I?

A desert native seeking a whole life reset, now in happily residing in Minnesota. I am a multi-media artist with some formal art education and a background in several disciplines, spanning over 20 years. As an explorative art-maker and over two decades as a professional tattoo artist, painter, designer and musician, including several years as a metal sculptor and fabricator, and playing guitar in local bands around Phoenix.

I realize I am a lifelong student of the arts, always learning and immersed in the journey of creation. I am currently and predominantly working in a variety of paint and ink mediums and integrating mixed media and nature. I paint for the love of it and with a desire to communicate and connect with others through imagery.
